Dr. Paul Brannan started Aesthetic Eye & Surgical Arts (AESA) in January 2017. The founding vision was to leverage his extensive training, including a rare, credentialed two-year fellowship, to provide the highest level of surgical and cosmetic care.

Our mission is to achieve perfection in surgical outcomes, specifically striving for imperceptible scarring and full functional restoration in reconstructive cases.
