Your First Visit at Aesthetic Eye & Surgical Arts Clinic in Sarasota, FL

When you schedule your appointment, our staff will verbally walk you through key details, including our office location, what to expect, and specific instructions. You will also receive a follow-up email via our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system containing our address, phone number, and additional guidelines.

Please bring the following items to your appointment:

A valid photo ID
Your current insurance card and information
A complete, up-to-date list of your medications

Note: Our front desk staff will scan your photo ID and insurance details into your patient record when you arrive.

Once your visit is scheduled, our staff provides initial instructions and sends an email with access to our patient portal so you can complete your registration paperwork online. As a reminder, our office will also call you the day before your appointment to confirm.

You will first check in with our front desk and reception team. Shortly after, you will be greeted by the clinical staff member assigned to your consultation.
